As a Potential New Member, you have the right to:

• B e treated as an individual

• B e fully informed about the recruitment process

• A sk questions and receive true and objective answers from recruitment counselors and members

• B e treated with respect

• B e treated as a capable and mature person without being patronized

• A sk how and why and receive straight answers

• H ave and express opinions to recruitment counselors

• H ave inviolable confidentiality when sharing information with recruitment counselors

• M ake informed choices without undue pressure from others

• B e fully informed about the NPC Unanimous Agreements implicit in the membership recruitment acceptance binding agreement (MRABA) signing process

• M ake one’s own choice and decision and accept full responsibility for the results of that decision

• H ave a positive, safe and enriching recruitment and new member experience

Preference Night

The most formal night of recruitment

Ex: Dress or jumpsuit!

Sisterhood Night

Slightly dressier than Philanthropy Night

Ex: Simple but chic!

Bid Day

T-shirt with athletic shorts or a skirt
