New Year’s Eve Overnight Package
Welcome to our New Year Celebrations. Whether you are looking for a Gala Cabaret Evening or a Family Extravaganza, Cedar Court will make sure you enjoy a sparkling start to 2013. Make the most of this New Year’s Eve by taking advantage of our overnight package. Arrive early afternoon and after settling into your bedroom enjoy the use of our swimming pool, steam room, sauna and spa. To keep the children entertained the fun room will be open from 2pm. Terms & Conditions of Booking PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS To make a provisional booking please contact the Christmas Booking Office on 01422 314 005. They will check availability and will require a £10 per person non-refundable or non-transferable deposit to hold the reservation.
DRESS CODES Midweek policy: no torn jeans or sportswear. Weekend policy: strictly no jeans or sportswear. New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner is strictly black tie.
Note – for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve a £25 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required per person.
VAT Prices are subject to change and will be charged at the rate of VAT at the time of the event.
All reservations can initially be made by telephone, but must be confirmed in writing, with deposit, within 14 days, otherwise your reservation will be offered for release.
TABLE LAYOUT Table plans are subject to total party numbers and subject to change without notice.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The number of places reserved must match the number of deposits received. If you intend coming into the hotel to settle your account please let us know so that we can ensure that someone from the Christmas Booking Office is available to see you.
Cabaret Nights and Party Nights: table layout will be party tables of up to 22 (no individual tables).
FULL PAYMENTS Full payment for all Christmas events is required by Friday 16th November 2012. Should payment not be received by the due date your booking may be released. All monies received are non-transferable and non-refundable. Reservations can be made by Credit/Debit Card or by cash or cheque made payable to ‘Cedar Court Hotels’. If paying by cheque, the hotel will only accept one cheque per party. Charges will apply if more than one cheque per party is sent. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). PRIVATE PARTIES For private parties there are minimum numbers which will be discussed upon enquiry. These minimum numbers are what we will charge you for even if your numbers drop below this. SMOKING POLICY Cedar Court Hotel Huddersfield/Halifax is a totally non smoking building. DAMAGE CHARGES Please note that any damage caused through over-indulgence in alcohol will incur a specialist cleaning charge of £50.
New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner in the President Suite: the layout of the event will be shared party tables of 12 (parties of more than 12 will be accommodated on separate tables – there will be no individual tables of less than 10). ENTERTAINMENT / ACTS / GROUPS / DJs Cedar Court Hotels cannot be held responsible for the failings or non-appearance of any of the musicians/tribute acts or DJs booked. However the Management will offer their best alternative at their discretion. The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission – dress codes apply. The hotel also reserves the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative date of equal value. No beverages of any kind are to be brought into the hotel by event guests, even as a gift or prize, unless prior written authorisation has been received from the General Manager. You will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the hotel premises/equipment by the negligence, wilful act/default of any person invited to the hotel by you or in your party.
