ADCC NF-kB-Luc Reporter Effector Cell Line, Human Jurkat T Lymphocytes

Cat. No.: AD-P001-C

This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.

Overview

Description

Human NF-kB-Luc Reporter T Lymphocytes have the Lucia luciferase gene (a secreted luciferase reporter gene), driven by the IFN-β minimal promoter, which is fused with a total of 5 copies of NF-κB transcription Response element and 3 copies of c-Rel binding site.

Human NF-kB-Luc Reporter T Lymphocytes also express a secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) reporter gene, which works together with five IFN-stimulated response elements under the control of the ISG54 minimal promoter.

As a result, JHuman NF-kB-Luc Reporter T Lymphocytes can simultaneously study the NF-κB pathway by monitoring the activity of Lucia luciferase and the IRF pathway (by evaluating the activity of SEAP).

Features

•Stable expression of Fc receptor CD16A on cell surface

•Stable expression of Luc luciferase reporter gene under the control of ISG54 minimal promoter fused with six NFAT response elements

Sterility Testing

Creative Biolabs provides sterility testing in accordance with USP and EP regulations. All of our sterility testing is performed in an isolator or clean room environments. The cell line has been screened using the membrane filtration testing methods to confirm the absence of aerobic, anaerobic and fungi microorganisms.

Identity Testing

Identity testing is required for newly established cell lines. Isoenzyme analysis is used to confirm the identity of the species of a cell line. Alternative methods for identity testing include DNA fingerprinting, STR analysis and karyology.

Virological Safety Testing

A broad range of viruses is susceptible to affecting human cell lines. We can provide in vivo/vitro virus saftey assays by utilizing various animal systems. These viruses include: adventitious viruses, bovine viruses, human and simian viruses, porcine viruses, retrovirus and rodent viruses.

Genetic Stability TestingWe perform cell genetic stability studies under ICH guidelines. We can provide guidance on the appropriate testing program upon your requirements.
