The EB-5 Program grants green cards to qualifying foreign nationals, and their immediate families, who invest a specified minimum amount in a qualifying US project. City Center West Orange is a USCIS approved project within the EB5-5 Florida Real Estate Regional Center, specializing in equity real estate investments in Central Florida. Visas granted through the Immigrant Investor Program give EB-5 families the opportunity to live in the USA and apply for citizenship after holding a Green Card for only five (5) years. Act as soon as possible because quantities are limited.
URGENCY REMINDER American Lawyers International recommends submitting all EB-5 application materials and payments prior to July 31, 2018 for the best chance to file before the end of the Federal Fiscal Year on September 30th. Applications may be filed for the next year, but the minimum investment amount is expected to increase.

30 OPENING IN MAY!
City Center West Orange is pleased to announce the opening of our on-site sales trailer on May 30, 2018. It will house the CCWO sales team and begin selling the 29 Palms luxury condos. Our construction team worked hard to complete the grading, parking lot, and exterior painting. In fact, we received the Certificate of Operation during the last week of March. Now, the City Center design team is hard at work finishing the interior of the trailer, including flooring, painting, millwork, and furnishings.
The sales trailer will display a virtual reality experience for two (2) units, the floorplan elevations for three (3) units, and a sampling of cabinetry, floorings, stone, fixtures, and paint.

Out of City Center West Orange’s 200 EB-5 VIsas, 68 investors signed onto the project, of which ten (10) investors completed their requirements and received Visa approvals - resulting in 26 Green Cards.
