Absentee ballots postmarked no later than May 21, 2013, may be received by Riverbay Corporation until seven days after May 22, 2013. In the event it is determined that a quorum has not been achieved by machine voting on May 22, 2013, the vote from the machines will be sealed at the end of voting at approximately 9:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as all voters in line have been accommodated, and secured by the Board of Elections of the City of New York. Commencing Thursday, May 23, 2013, at 8:00 a.m., paper ballots will be available in the above 65 building lobbies, from the New York City Board of Elections’ poll workers, for eligible shareholders to vote who did not vote on May 22, 2013, until a quorum is achieved.
