RECREATION CENTER LOCKER ROOMS COMPLETE

The newly remodeled Incline Village Recreation Center locker rooms are complete, and you'll love the new look and amenities. Please come take a tour on your next visit to the Recreation Center.

The project started in late April with a lead abatement project, then demolition began the first week of May. There were quite a few elements the remodel addressed; however, the primary goals were to improve the following: • Update mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems to current codes

• Add ADA code compliant restrooms, showers, entrances and benches

• Add antibacterial, rust-resistant phenolic lockers • Add Mildew, dent, corrosion resistant bathroom and shower partitions • Update ceramic tiles on the floor and walls • Update countertops to quartz • Improve lighting and lighting frames • Add stainless steel bathroom fixtures, dispensers and accessories

• Install vanity areas to eliminate crowding at the sinks

The new amenities support maintenance efficiency. The Remodel is completed and we are getting rave reviews on the updates!
