Collinwood Elementary School is proud to announce the students of the month for January. Lots of students were nominated by teachers throughout the building for practicing “peacefulness”. One winner was chosen from each homeroom as the “Student of the Month.” First grade: Mrs. Susan Grinder’s Class, Josie Pigg; Mrs. Tabitha Holt’s Class, Logan Thompson; Mrs. Bridgette Howe’s Class, Jesse Daniel and Mrs. Kim Whitten’s Class, Sean Clayton Hurst. These students were “caught” showing a peaceful attitude and nominated by a teacher and then chosen from their homeroom class’s ballot box as the winner. In her youth she cheered for her team, now she cheers for her two sons team. On March 24th we want to help her celebrate her “30th” Birthday. Love, Your Family
