TREES OF THE WOODS FARM Owned by Doug Woods, operated with his wife Joan, and children Bristol and Canaan, Trees of the Woods Farm is located in Callicoon, NY. Comprised of approximately 80-acres, the farm was established in 1974 by Doug’s father. The farm offers a variety of Agrotourism activities, including pick your own strawberries in June, pumpkins during the fall, and cut your own trees in December. The farm manages a variety of livestock, and pets, including sheep, goat, pigs, donkeys, and chickens. Trees of the Woods Farm opens to the public for cut your own sales the Friday after Thanksgiving and weekends through December. Varieties available include Blue & Norway spruce, Canaan Firs, White & Scotch Pines. You can also purchase holiday wreaths and fresh eggs yearround. They are currently cultivating a blueberry and apple orchard of over 5 acres, that will be available for you-pick in years to come.
