Our trainings are comprised of basic and advanced workshops to best accommodate the varying degrees of professional experience held by those who serve individuals impacted by domestic violence. All trainings are facilitated by experts in their field, both in terms of subject matter and training abilities. Through a staff of skilled facilitators, our trainings will provide you with valuable tools, techniques and resources on a wide range of issues. On average, over 90% of attendees report that they have gained knowledge. In addition to what you see in the catalog, we are able to provide on-site training at your request. cancellation policy If You Have to Cancel
Between fiscal years 2011-2016
You may cancel your registration up to 48 hours before the event without penalty, by calling us at 860.282.7899 or via email at training@ctcadv.org. In addition, your registration may be transferred to another individual or to another training offered by CCADV. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event or no-shows will not receive refunds. Please keep in mind that registrants who make last minute, nonemergency cancellations prevent others from attending the training.
If We Have to Cancel In case of inclement weather, please call us at 860.282.7899 after 7:00 a.m. When possible, staff will attempt to inform you the day before a scheduled training of possible cancellation. If cancelled, you will be notified of the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, a refund will be issued. 2
