The Community Nutcracker returns for its 34th annual production with performances on December 12th at 7:30 PM and Saturday, December 13th at 1:00 PM and 7:30 PM, at the Florida Theatre, 128 East Forsyth Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202.This volunteerrun nonprofit brings Clara’s winter wonderland to life through imaginative, graceful performances featuring more than 200 local dancers. Over 33 years, the production has donated nearly one million dollars to charities such as Dreams Come True, making it both a beloved holiday tradition and a meaningful way to support the community.

Experience the magic of Christmas in the Village at the Clay County Fairgrounds, 2463 FL-16, Green Cove Springs, on December 12th and 19th from 4:00 PM–10:00 PM, where you can stroll through the festive village, decorate Christmas cookies, enjoy crafts, a cake walk, an ugly sweater contest, and interact with friendly farm animals. Warm up with hot cocoa, apple cider, and s’mores by the fire pit while enjoying live music, photo opportunities, and a visit with Santa. The 3rd Annual Oakleaf Christmas Parade will take place on December 13th, with vendors and food trucks opening at 4:00 PM and the parade beginning at 6:30 PM. The Holiday Regatta of Lights will take place on Saturday, December 13th, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, with free admission. Come enjoy this annual holiday parade hosted by the St. Augustine Yacht Club, featuring motorized and other vessels adorned with brilliant lighted displays. The 23rd Annual Gingerbread Extravaganza Experience runs from December 13th to December 27th, open daily from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and features its beloved gingerbread exhibit in its new home at the Haskell Building of the Jacksonville History Center (318 Palmetto Street). Guests can browse the holiday gift shop and enjoy special events such as Kids Day on Saturday, December 13th, offering family-focused fun with visits from Santa, a scavenger hunt, face-painting, a balloon artist, free admission for children, and giveaways throughout the day. Gingerbread by Candlelight takes place December 18th, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, inviting visitors to experience the gingerbread displays by candlelight with festive music and two beverages included with admission.
