Its a common experience to us all but one that confuses some of us and instead block the experience. But blocking can lead to other difficulties and in this short guide I hope to give you a few tips in managing this necessary process and also learning to close a chapter on the loss of a loved one. The reaction of grief are many and varied to each of us. Think of the process like that of a pendulum on a clock swinging from one emotion to another in a matter of minutes and the experience can be anger, sadness, feeling fine and then being tearful.
