Market Research Providing a historical overview of the market, reviewing the current situation and evaluating the future potential within the sector, a market research study will provide actionable intelligence to make an informed decision.

Design Review Comment on Master plan or design to satisfy buyer expectations, including: •

Project master plan, product design, layout, specifications, form/function, buyer needs, future trends, etc…

Hand-over condition and fittings •

Implement Sales Plan Build up an on-site Sales Team Participate in marketing campaigns (with vendors) and feedback Arrange and accompany prospective buyer(s) on viewings of the show units/ property Inspect / present of show suite / finished units Upon receiving purchase confirmation from the prospective buyer(s), CBRE shall draft the SPA. On behalf of the developer, CBRE shall

negotiate on all terms and conditions of the SPA with the prospective buyer(s) based on the approved SPA. On behalf of the developer, CBRE shall negotiate on all external / 3rd party broker introductions CBRE will close the deal and work with Developer to collect the first payment, then Developer’s accounts team can take over. CBRE will provide information feedback on all actions and market comments, Developer can effectively adjust the Sales Plan.

Vo Huynh Tuan Kiet (Kiet Vo) is a Director and a Business Line Leader of CBRE’s Residential Project Marketing Department. Kiet’s major is in business and marketing. He has great experience and knowledge of the real estate market in Vietnam. He is responsible for planning and developing Residential Salesforce. Furthermore, Kiet also participates in developing new residential projects as well as improving the business efficiency of the current projects. Having strong experience as an ERP solution Senior consultant in FPT Corporation, Kiet has extensive knowledge of business process management and professional solution consultancy. Joining the real estate industry in 2010, Kiet was appointed as the Vice General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Dat Xanh (member of Dat Xanh Group). He was responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of Sales and Marketing activities for real estate projects in Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City. Moreover, Kiet participates in the development, establishing business processes, training and supporting Salesforce. In 2015, Kiet was onboard with CBRE Vietnam in Highlevel personnel. He participates in building up and training a strong Salesforce. On the other hand, Kiet is in charge of strategic planning and business development for new and potential Residential Projects.
