Designed and produced external and internal marketing communications, including newsletters, signage, presentation materials and collateral materials. Worked with clients to develop publications to effectively reach target audience. Coordinated production of printed materials with internal and external vendors.

1994-1997 Graphic Design/Prepress Supervisor—State of Oregon Salem, OR Created a department to provide graphic design and prepress support to state agencies. Designed and coordinated production of publications ranging from four-color marketing pieces to one-color employee newsletters. Trained and supervised design and prepress staff. Worked with printers and photographers to ensure appropriateness and quality of product. Developed prepress standards used to expedite the processing of and ensure the quality of electronic files received from customers in multiple file formats.
