The day had come when I stood before my King He opened the book and said, “What will this bring?” He said, “I know on earth you had lots of strife. But is your name written in the Lamb’s Book of Life?” I humbly looked at him with tears in my eyes This is a place where you can’t wear a disguise He looked at me with love radiating like none I’ve seen before And said, “Child, your name is here, you may walk through those doors I have a home prepared for you, it glistens and it shines I’m gathering all my children, not to leave anyone behind So, you go on and enjoy, for heaven is your home It is paradise, a new place for you to roam.”
