INCOME SAUCE Women make hot sauce from ingredients largely cultivated in their fields in Toquian Chico Community, Guatemala. The diocesan Caritas office in San Marcos and CRS brought technical assistance to these women to create this micro-business, enabling them to diversify their income sources. The product is sold in a restaurant in San Marcos bringing money and empowerment to them.
