The hotel will be all decked out and our festive staff will be ready to greet you with a glass of Festive Cheer. Booking Terms Christmas Party Nights For all bookings an initial non-refundable payment of £20 per person (£10 for non residents) is required to confirm your booking. Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days and will be automatically released if no payment has been made. ANY ADVANCE PAYMENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE HOTEL CANCELS. With potential adverse weather conditions or illness possible we recommend you take out holiday insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to the event together with your rooming list. We regret we cannot take payment from individual members of your party. Party organisers are requested to ensure their party are aware of our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy. Maximum numbers per table is 16. All prices are inclusive of VAT @ 20%. The hotel reserves the right to amend packages and prices at any time before the event and to cancel any evening in the unlikely event of shortfall in minimum numbers required to operate. In such circumstances full refunds will be available.
Festive Packages Christmas & Hogmanay Packages We require an initial non-refundable deposit of £100 per adult to confirm bookings. Full payment of the balance of your package is due by 23rd November 2014 for Christmas and 10 day stays or by 30th November 2014 for Hogmanay stays. All payments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance to cover such eventualities. We reserve the right to change elements of the published programmes if necessary, but will make every effort to inform our guests in advance. Non-Residential Events For all bookings an initial deposit of £15 per person is required to confirm, payable by cheque or credit card. Full payment is payable by 30th November 2014. Refund of the initial deposit is not normally available if cancellation is made, unless the hotel is able to resell the space. Monies paid for non-arrivals cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks or accommodation for other members of the party. The hotel reserves the right to amend packages and prices at any time before the event and to cancel evenings in the unlikely event of a shortfall in minimum numbers required to operate. ln such cases refunds will be available.
