FIRST DANCE Lindsay describes this as a truly amazing moment in their special day. They danced to “This Time” by John Legend. The couple had split up for a few years to experience life independently when they were younger and this song brought them together again. Their master of ceremonies knew its importance and arranged for a special message from John Legend that included best wishes and concert tickets.
LOVELY SENTIMENTS Lindsay’s fondest memory was “when my husband was saying his vows and altered them by saying he would love me absolutely, unconditionally”. Greg’s fondest memory was seeing “my bride coming down the aisle. She looked so beautiful, not to mention the fact that we were a little behind schedule and it was getting pretty hot standing up there, waiting to see her!” There are many qualities about her new husband that Lindsay loves. “I love his drive and his desire to be the best man he can be for me. I love that I learn from him every day and I am a better person with him.” As for Greg, he loves that Lindsay helps him not to take life too seriously. “She reminds me to have fun. She’s taught me not to sweat the small stuff.”

FRIENDLY ADVICE Jamie and Craig Stevenson, a very happily married couple who are good friends of Greg & Lindsay shared these excellent words of wisdom with the newlyweds. “Don’t hold on to the past. Fighting and hardships inevitably will happen in a marriage but it’s best to only focus on the issue that you are disagreeing on and not bring in past issues or resentments. You will get to the bottom of the problem and solve it much faster.”
