Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll Colombian singer He was born on February 2, 1977 in Barranquilla, Colombia. Daughter of William Mebarak, American of Lebanese origin who migrated to Colombia after five years, and Nidia Ripoll Torrado del Carmen, Catalan Colombian descent.
