OUR COOKERY BOOK

GINGERBREAD MAN

INGREDIENTS:

• 200gr of butter/ margarine

• 100gr of icing sugar

• 400gr self raising flour

• 1 teaspoon of ground ginger

• ½ teaspoon salt

• currants or smarties or lacasitos.

EQUIPMENT

• a bowl

• baking tray

• aluminium foil

PREPARATION TIME:

30 minutes

COOKING TIME: 10-15 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 180º

2. Put the butter, icing sugar, self raising flour, ginger and salt in a bowl and mix them to form a dough.

3. Roll out the dough to ½ centimeter thickness.

4. Stamp out the gingerbread men shapes with a cutter.

5. Place aluminium foil on the baking tray. Place your gingerbread shapes on the lined tray, allowing space for them to spread.

6. Press on smarties (lacasitos) for the mouth, eyes, nose...

7. Cook for 10-15 minutes until they turn brown.

RECIPE:Lemon pie

INGREDIENTS:

180g biscuits

75g butter

6 gelatin sheets

150g sugar

6-8 lemon peel strips

250g cream

100 g lemon juice

3 yolks

1 pinch of salt

3 egg whites

3-4 tablespoons apricot jam

1 sliced lemon

1 tablespoons of liquid caramel

EQUIPMENT: A bowl a mold a mixer

spatula. PREPARATION TIME: 20 minutes

COOKING TIME: 30 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Heat the butter.

2. Mix with the crushed biscuits.

3.We submerge the gelatin in a bowl with cold water.

4. Mount the cream.

5. Heat the lemon juice .

6. Add the well-drained gelatin and stir it.

7. Add the sugar and egg yolks and let it cool.

8. Mount the whites and the cream of yolks and lemon with the reserved cream.

9.Mix it and pour it into the reserved mold with the biscuit base.

10. Put the cake in the fridge for an hour.

RECIPE: CUSTARD

INGREDIENTS:

• 1L milk

• 2 eggs

• 120 g sugar

• Flan envelope

EQUIPMENT:

• PREPARATION TIME: 5 minutes.

COOKING TIME: 10 minutes.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Heat the milk.

2. Add 120 grams of sugar.

3. Mix the eggs.

4. Finally the flan envelope

5. Mix well and put in small balls with biscuit and add cinnamon.

RECIPE:Tiramisu

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 eggs

• 4 spoonfuls of sugar

1. Mix the egg yolks, sugar and mascarpone until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
