BARRE BLEND
A low-impact format for all fitness levels that combines ballet movements, pilates, yoga, and strength to create a challenging, yet safe, full-body workout.
GENTLE YOGA
Designed for individuals with a limited range of motion. This is a slower, gentler version of our traditional Vinyasa yoga classes. Ideal for seniors, those recovering from injury, or anyone who is new to the practice of Yoga.
PIYO®
PiYO® combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. The faster tempo format delivers a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body long, lean, and defined.
POWER PILATES
Based on the same principles as Mat Pilates, Power Pilates is designed for those looking for an additional push. You will incorporate standing pilates and strength exercises to intensify basic movements.
Family Night Hikes
Join us at Central Park for a nighttime hike with our Certified Naturalist! You’ll be keeping an ear out for the night songs of birds, looking for critters and maybe even hearing an owl call! Hike on over to page 32 for more information.
