Copies of the Voters’ List may be viewed at the Clerk’s Office. Please check to make sure your name is on the list and that all information is correct. PROXY APPLICATIONS A person appointed as a voting proxy may bring the form in person to the Clerk's Office during normal office hours and not later than 4:30 p.m. in the afternoon of Voting Day. On Saturday, October 16th, 2010 for the 1st Advanced Vote, the Clerk's office will be open from 12 noon to 5:00 p.m. to receive proxy applications.
