Community Health Needs Assessment
The Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPL) are used to determine eligibility for many local, state and federal assistance programs. The FLP is based on an individual’s or family’s annual cash income before taxes. Updated yearly by the Census Bureau, the 2012 guidelines are provided below as a reference.2
