Chipman 4-H Beef Club The Chipman 4-H Beef Club has been in operation for 73 years. During that time the club has had Market Steer, Heifer, Cow/Calf and Carcass projects. This year the club has added K9 & leadership projects. And for a time there were a few other nonbeef projects - Woodworking and Small Animals.
