Letina Mata is a proud mother and Mindset Coach who graduated from the University of the West Indies with her bachelors in psychology. She helps female business owners take aligned action towards their goals so they don't continue living a life with no clarity, lack of purpose or fulfillment. She is the is the founder of True Growth Through Growth LTD and the author of a personal development tool called the Just For You Journal. Letina has supported more than 100 women in a 1:1 capacity. She aims to be a conduit of change for Caribbean women so they can continue to powerfully impact the collective and change the negative narratives that hold so many persons back.
