2. CHED Scholarship The Commission on Higher Education - CHED offers a variety of scholarships to students of all backgrounds. Scholarships are available if you perform well in your studies. There are scholarships available if you need help due to your financial situation. They cover a wide range of subjects, making sure everyone has the opportunity to attend college. 3. OWWA Education for Development Scholarship (EDSP) This scholarship was created for Filipinos working in other countries. The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration - OWWA helps with tuition and other school-related expenses. They want to ensure that the families of our foreign workers have the resources they require to live a better life at home. Benefits of OWWA EDSP Scholarship The OWWA EDSP – Education for Development Scholarship Program (EDSP) provides a scholarship grant of ₱60,000.00 per school year.
