Data & Analytics is a key asset within KPN. The Data & Analytics ambition is great and therefore a fantastic team is a precondition. This means cooperation and teamwork across the full KPN spectrum. But also 100% attention for your development as a data professional (such as Data Scientist, Data Engineer, (Online) Data Analist, System Architect, BI Modeler or Database Marketer) by means of our own D&A Learning Lab. At KPN, we do everything we can to make the lives of customers more free, easy and fun. You will have the scope to contribute to how data can best be used to improve our customers’ experience; you’re at the helm! We challenge you to experiment and your model or solution could be put directly into practice. On a daily basis, we work with SQL, R or Python to build our models.
What we offer you
Would you like to experience what it’s like to work in the D&A department at KPN? We offer a wide range of possibilities for bachelor and master-students in the form of a graduation thesis or internship to learn on the job. For instance, a former intern estimated customer lifetime value using competing risk models in a contractual setting. Your graduation thesis or internship could be about a long term churn prediction, attribution modeling or calculate customer lifetime value (CLV). Of course we’re always open for a cup of coffee to discuss your fresh ideas to figure out how we can collaborate! Let us know!
