DA Caraga enhances Soybean farming, processing in AgSur town

entrepreneurs. The topics discussed included Soybean and its Health Benefits, Soybean Based Value Added Products and its ROI, and Food Manufacturing Practices for Food Processing and Proper Hygiene. There were also actual demonstrations of soybean processing. The second training on Capability Building for Small-Scale Farmers on Enterprise Development was conducted on July 21 and 22. The training’s
objective is for farmers to understand the basic principles in Enterprise Development. The two trainings were conducted in Trento, Agusan del Sur and participated by members of the United Farmers’ Association of Cebolin, a farmers’ group engaged in soybean production.
