BUTUAN CITY - Amid the threat of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), Philippines’ top communications officer Secretary Martin Andanar appealed to the public not to panic and overreact but to remain calm, vigilant, and maintain taking preventive measures to protect oneself from the strain of the virus.
