Caraga police under intensified ‘one strike, no take’ policy
BUTUAN CITY - Caraga police are now subjected to a stricter implementation of the “One Strike and No Take” policy, the campaign against illegal gambling across Caraga as per the directive of Philippine National Police (PNP) Caraga regional director Brigadier General Joselito T. Esquivel, Jr.
