Provincial News According to TESD Specialist Lee Escobal, the said activity is in response to the mandate of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of the Emerging Infectious Disease (IATF-MEID) in preventing the spread of COVID 19 which calls for readily available support and technical assistance to the front line services and the local chief executives. TESDA Provincial Director Rey Cueva led the distribution of the 228 face masks and 165 bottles of Calamansi juice, and disinfectants to the frontliners assigned at the entrance and exit points of the province. Escobal said the face masks came from Lorenz International Skills Training Academy, Inc. (LISTA), a Tailoring NC II accredited provider, owned by Maggie Gudella Z. Tse while
the Calamansi Juice was from Callano Farm, a TESDA accredited farm school in Tagbina town. Also, Karl Toledo, owner of the National Institute for Technical Excellence, Inc. (NITEX) - Carrascal Campus, an accredited TVI in Carrascal, provided plastic bottles for juice and containers/bottle sprays for disinfectants.
