BISLIG CITY, Surigao del Sur - The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Surigao del Sur Provincial Office in partnership with the Technical Vocational Institutions (TVIs) in the province has provided face masks, healthy drinks, and disinfectants recently to the front line service providers in the province.
