Respective Advisory Council members of the police stations and maneuver units attended the conferment and awarding ceremony.
Compliant status was conferred to all PNP units in Caraga after passing the requirements during the 2nd stage (Compliance Stage) of PGS last Among the awardees were: the January to March 2016. Police Station 4 of Butuan City; Public Safety Company and 3rd Company of the Regional Public Safety Battalion 13; and police stations of Bislig City, Tagbina, Lanuza, and Marihatag in Surigao del Sur. Silver Eagle is the second highest award given to any PNP unit that garnered an average score of 90% to 94.99% during any of the four stages of the PGS. Judge Emmanuel Escatron, chairperson of PNP Caraga Regional Advisory Council and the guest of honor and speaker, commended the police force for doing the jobs with “excellence� and for providing quality services to the community.
