What you need to know about booking your shoot.

I like to make sure that we cover all of the details and information as possible ahead of time to ensure that you feel prepared. Here
is some information you will need to know when booking your shoot.
Typically a pre-shoot meeting is scheduled, depending on the type of session you have requested. This gives us a chance to meet face
to face and make sure you feel comfortable hiring me as your photographer. Some of the questions we will cover include your style,
your preferred season, locations, and the packages offered.
I recommend that everyone joins a private Pinterest board to share with me their thoughts and ideas on how they picture themselves
for their shoot. These pin boards help give me a sense of what locations and seasons you are looking for. They also give me a chance
to understand your personal style. They’re used to inspire your hair and make-up for the Elite packages.
To secure a date in the calendar, a retainer is required. This is a small fee that will be applied to your final balance. The balance is
due the day of your shoot.
In addition to the required retainer, a model release, COVID Waiver, and general contract are sent to you for review and signature.
This will all be sent over as one document and will require an adult signature.
Once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your date is placed on my calendar.
