APRIL, A GREAT MONTH – THE START TO THE NEW SEASON OF 2016 At Capo Bay Hotel we have organized an April full of events and surprises for our guests! We have researched and found a list with great and intuitive activities, aimed to make your stay relaxing and refreshing as well as informative. A variety of events are available for you to select and participate, from the 1st day of April till the 1st day of May 2016! Find below the list of activities that you can join for the duration of your stay at Capo Bay Hotel in April! Kindly note that some events might be rescheduled/ cancelled due to a number of factors. To confirm your participation, please contact the reception. A small charge will be made for some of the events to cover the transfer cost.

The list of April Events follows: Cocktail Demonstrations using Zivania – Every Wednesday of April (6-13-20-27/04/2016) Zivania or zivana is a Cypriot pomace brandy produced from a mixture of grape pomace and local dry wines made from Xynisteri and Mavro grapes. Zivania stills are similar to those used for tsikoudia in Crete. Zivania is colorless and alcoholic with a light aroma of raisins. Its alcohol content varies, with 45% by volume being the typical value. Zivania contains no sugars and has no acidity. We will be showing you amazing cocktails made out of this local drink. -
Cookery lessons & more! - Every Saturday of April (2-9-16-23/4/2016) We show you how to cook local specialties and we combine it with a visit to Dherynia folklore museum and shopping for ingredients at the local Saturday market with the chef. Learn how to prepare easy meals, their history and enjoy the beauty of preparing them yourself with the guidelines of our chef! -
Visit to CyHerbia - Every Thursday of April (7-14-21-28/04/2016) CyHerbia Botanical Park and Labyrinth is situated in the village of Avgorou, and includes nine beautifully landscaped herb gardens, a woodland area with endemic trees and shrubs landscaped in the shape of Cyprus, and the first and only maze (2000 square meters) on the island. -
Visit Cape Greco the local way with our guide – Every Friday of April (1-8-15-22-29/04/2016) We will be taking the local bus and explore the rocky Cape Greco, time to explore the surrounding landscape Cape Greco, also known as Cavo Greco, is a headland in the southeastern part of the island of Cyprus. It is at the southern end of Famagusta Bay and forms part of Ayia Napa Municipality. It lies between the towns of Ayia Napa and Protaras, both of which are popular tourist resorts. It is frequently visited by many tourists for its natural beauty. It is a protected nature park. From the high points on the cliff that rests at the cape one can view amazing sights out to sea. -
