As a Retired CMS Member, your membership dues change to: Retired - $150.00 with meals (includes dinner at CME meetings) or Retired - $50.00 without meals (you are billed for dinner if you attend a CME meeting). It is your choice.

Do you plan to change the status of your Florida Medical License to Retired? Visit this link: https://flboardofmedicine.gov/help-center/ how-do-i-change-the-status-of-my-license-to-retired/, or search online for: Florida Board of Medicine How do I change the status of my license to retired?

You must formally request Retired status with the Board of Medicine (BOM) for your medical licensure and pay a fee rather than just not renewing. The penalty for being late in requesting a Retired status change with the BOM can be $515.00.

Remember, be sure to let CMS know of your change in status.
