When I’ve brought a crowd of people along to discover the magic of the Forage dining experience the communal tables cater for the joie de vivre of social dining with a sumptuous selection of shared dishes. Forage has just launched their new Spring Menu with newly appointed, Chef Sumit Kumud at the helm. The ‘plat du jour’, a Horopito rubbed Silver fern farm Venison loin was my most recent selection.

Sophisticated, perfectly presented and absolutely delicious.
