You’ll notice three new divisions (18, 19 and 20) have joined the list representing our new seventh region of West Virginia since the consolidation of the West Virginia Provisional District into the Capital District will go into effect on October 1st. In addition, this list shows that the Mitchellville club (as well as the Prince George’s County and Greater Landover clubs) have been moved to Division 3 by recent action of the Board of Trustees. This was done to better align the geography of our divisions and strengthen the leadership pool in the affected divisions. 13
