Jessie’s Legacy launch

Doug Smith, vice-president of North Shore Credit Union, which presented the luncheon, chats with Diana Budden and Neil Alexander, parents of Jessie Alexander, the namesake of Jessie’s Legacy. Representatives of Family Services of the North Shore hosted a luncheon to launch Jessie’s Legacy, an eating disorders prevention program, Oct. 21 at West Vancouver’s Capilano Golf and Country Club. The afternoon got underway with a champagne reception followed by lunch and a presentation by guest speaker Gail McVey, a leading researcher in the field of eating disorders prevention.
