GERLITZKI, Alma

Alma passed into the presence of her Lord at the age of 93 years on April 25, 2010. Left to mourn her passing are her 3 daughters, Marilynn Musclow, Sandra Scheltgen and Valrie Race. Her 8 grandchildren in the Lower Mainland are Barbara Huff, Jenniffer Smyl, Peter Scheltgen, Patrick Scheltgen, Quincy North, Gordon Musclow, Brenda McDonald and Nathan Race. She will also be mourned by her 13 great-grandchildren, particularly Miranda and Ruby North in Abbotsford. A memorial celebrating Alm’s life will be held at Henderson’s Funeral Home Friday May 14, at 2:00 P.M. The family would like to sincerely thank the many devoted people on staff of the 'Cottage' extended care facility for their amazing love, care, respect and dignity they have shown mom over the past 6 years. We will always remember your kindness. Donations in Alma’s memory, if you so choose, may be made to B.C. Children’s Hospital.

Passed away on May 5, 2010 in Mission at the age of 84. Helen was predeceased by her two sons Tony Huber and Randy Huber. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Frank Huber, sons Dennis Huber, Linda Huber, Ken Huber, Carl Huber (Denise), Frank Huber, daughters Julianne and Boyce Butler, Roseanne and Mike Jacobse, 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Helen was a member of the Osteofit and an honorary member of the BC Welsh Pony Club. A funeral mass will be held on May 10th, 2010 at 11:00 am at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church at 32550 7th Ave in Mission, with Father Wilfred Gomes officiating. In lieu of flowers donations to the BC Cancer Society or the Christine Morrison Hospice would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to

August 19, 1954 - May 04, 2010 It is with deep regret that we announce the sudden passing of a truly loved husband, father, son, brother, grandfather and friend to all. Allan passed away after a brief battle with cancer in the presence of family at his side. Al will be sadly missed by his wife Susan (Sue), his parents William and Katherine Hunt, sister Esther Seidel-Oaks, daughter Katherine Hunt (Shawn Dean), grandson Michael Dean, step children Tammy Sampson nee: Shaw (David Sampson), James Shaw, niece Sarah Seidel. Allan was a special compassionate man who loved everyone, he was very honest and sincere which lead him to his endeavor to be the best in his chosen career 'the security alarm industry'. In lieu of flowers, it is the expressed wish for donations to be made to Abbotsford Community Services, 2720 Montrose Ave., Abbotsford B.C., V2S 3S9, where funds are always needed. Allan believed in his community. A special thank you goes out to the staff at Tertiary Hospice Palliative Care Unit, Abbotsford Reg. Hospital...they were amazing!
