All
Smiles
It’s all smiles at Canungra Dental. After 43 years of service to the community Dr Robert Smith is happy to be handing over the dental clinic to a wonderful young family. Dr Dallin Leneham and his wife Alanna have recently taken ownership of the clinic and couldn’t be happier. Dr Dallin was keen to work in a rural setting after living and working in Goondiwindi. So when he heard Dr Robert was retiring he jumped at the chance to work in the township of Canungra. “My wife grew up around here so we were already familiar with how beautiful Canungra and its people are. We just couldn’t pass up such a good opportunity,” said Dallin. Dallin loves working in a smaller town and is excited to really get to know his patients. “In the bigger cities and with dental corporations, patients can become just a number but I like to make sure I know all my patients and their needs. It’s more personal that way,” he said. Canungra Dental will re-open its doors on 27th February, boasting a new clinic equipped and ready to go with happy gas, invisalign, new software and digital technology.

animals. He is often caught having a great laugh whenever he sees his smaller patients and hopes to be able to put a smile on their faces. “Creating an environment where my patients feel at ease and as calm as possible is important to me. I just want to take away the fear of dentistry so people are able to leave with a positive experience” he said.
