MAIL ROOM The mail room is located on 2nd floor. All mailboxes are shared by unit number. Please ensure you regularly check your mailbox. Do not open any mail that is not addressed to you. CampusOne is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or opened mail. When oversized mail/packages arrive, CampusOne staff will sign for the item and contact the recipient for pick-up at the 1st floor Security Desk. Residents will be contacted via email. Cashon-Delivery and packages containing food or cannabis will not be accepted by property staff. Oversized mail/packages will be stored for five business days before they are returned to sender.

PACKAGES DELIVERY CampusOne offers a 24/7 package reception. Couriers and Packages are received at the Front Desk by the Delivery Companies. Delivery Staff are not permitted to go upstairs.  All packages are logged into our CampusOne tracking system, residents will receive an email from CampusOne informing they have a package to retrieve.  Residents are encouraged to track the delivery estimated time of arrival and pick it up as soon as possible.
