My philosophy as a Personal Trainer is that we all must find the right balance with muscular strength, physical endurance, nutrition, flexibility and mental stimulation Having consistently delivered sessions for over ten years with clients of varying demands and needs, I am familiar with many forms of training techniques, designed to stimulate different muscle fibres and achieve different goals

Since I was eight years old, I have been an avid tennis player and have been coaching tennis at a professional level for four years, training a range of abilities and ages

My personal training sessions are enthused with my bubbly personality and my goal is make you want to love life I enjoy every aspect of general health and fitness and can give anyone the confidence they need to succeed
Having had a significant weight loss journey, I have gained a real insight into the challenges of establishing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle I have gained an inside knowledge to the benefits of exercise both physically and mentally – you never regret a workout! From being a size 22 and weighing 16 stone, I have successfully lost and maintained over 6 stone and my dress size is now a size 8 to 10. I wanted to feel better about myself and learn about food and planning
It’s now my passion to share this knowledge making exercise fun and simple, to give an easy exercise experience.
