Soportes antivibrantes Anti-vibration mounts Características comunes: Aísla más del 80% de las vibraciones que las máquinas reciben o transmiten. Preserva las partes móviles (ejes, cojinetes, engranajes) de repercusión y vibraciones evitando un envejecimiento prematuro. Para la eliminación de una resonancia producida por mezcla de varias vibraciones de la misma máquina se recomienda colocar un juego del tamaño siguiente superior al que por su peso le corresponde. No es necesario fijar las máquinas en el suelo: se evita deterioro y mano de obra, y facilita desplazamiento de las máquinas. Composición: caucho natural normalizado, dureza Shore 55º-60º. Common characteristics: Isolates 80% of the vibrations that machines relieves or transmit. Preserves moving parts of the machine from vibrations, avoiding premature aging. Aisladores metálicos Metallic insulators Características comunes: Muelle de acero normalizado de alta resistencia según norma DIN y tratado en proceso “shoot peeling” para prolongar su resistencia al envejecimiento dinámico. Acabado en epoxi (negro para la serie de 71 de altura y azul para el resto) con lo cual resiste los ambientes salinos a diferencia de los que van protegidos con baño galvánico. Además los tratamientos galvánicos debilitan la superficie del hilo del muelle debido al ataque de iones ricos en hidrógeno. Cazoletas adheridas mediante doble sistema de seguridad por pivotes internos y masilla viscoelástica (en la serie de 111 de altura) y sólo por masilla viscoelástica en la serie de 71 de altura. Esta masilla evita el contacto directo de las partes metálicas y favorece la opacidad del sonido. Pieza interna de polietileno flexibilizado que evita la entrada de elementos sólidos. Bases metálicas con orificios abiertos para facilitar el montaje y su centrado al suelo. Sector climatización industrial y acústica. General characteristics: High resistance normalized iron spring according to DIN norm and treated with shoot peeling process to prolong its resistance to dynamic ageing. Its finish its done with epoxy (black for the low serie and blue for the rest) superior to those that are only protected with galvanic baths, so they are indicated for saline environments, further more the galvanic bath weaken the string's surface of the spring due to ion attacks rich in hidrogen. The shields are stuck on through a double safety system by internal pivots and viscoelastic putty (in high serie) and only with the viscoelastic putty in the low serie. This putty avoids direct contact of the metallic parts and favour the sound capacity. Internal flexible polyethylene piece that avoids the entrance of solid elements.
