PopeFrancishaslaunchedatwo-yearsynodon“synodality”andaconsultation- of localpar ishestolistentothe“cry”of thepeople.Thisistakingplaceatatimeinhistorywhentherei a worldwide programme of state-sanctioned killing – through abortion, through euthanasia, throughIVFprocedures–invirtuallyeverycountryonearth,aswellastheindoctrination of childrenthroughsexeducationprogrammesdesignedtodestroytheirinnocence
Withthisrealityinmind,Voiceof theFamilyhaspreparedapro-lifeManifestocallingo theworld’sbishopstoinvoketheuniqueapostolicmoralpowerbestowedonthembyChri beforeHisAscensionandurgentlytoproclaimtheGospelof Life.
Weareappealingtothebishopstohearthecriesof aroundbillion 2 unbornchildrenkill over the past thirty years alone which is more than the estimated total number of those killed inallof thewarsinrecordedhumanhistory. Theevilswefacetodayareimmeasurablybeyondthecapacityof thepro-lifemovementto defeatonitsown.Thisfightcanonlybesuccessfulwhentheimmutablemorallawsof the Churcharetaughtwithauthorityandadheredtobyhermembers.
