Welcome to CTI’s 2024 Kingdom Builders Missions Convention! At the heart of CTI, we believe that the Good News is for every single person – every tribe, nation and tongue. The reality of God must be proclaimed, must be sent, and must be brought by us. We are on mission, we are Go-Givers, and we won’t stop. This year, we will fund more projects and partner with more missionaries, we will send teams to be the hands and feet of Jesus serving locally and around the world, and we will daily lay down our lives to follow Him. We are KINGDOM BUILDERS.

Jonathan and Jennifer Barratt, CEO of Project Rescue
Foundation and Executive Director of Project Rescue, respectively, are committed to seeing hope restored in the lives of survivors of sexual exploitation. As they pave the way forward, their shared goal is to enable the Project Rescue network to grow exponentially, increase its presence in areas devastated by sexual exploitation, and provide more access to critical, trauma-informed training for local leaders. While the methods and strategies developed are tailored to each local context, the permeating commitment to Project Rescue’s founding mission and values will never change. They have two beautiful daughters, Gemma (10) and Madison (8).

They have recently begun serving as Area Directors for Russia and Belarus. Ken’s grandparents served as missionaries to Argentina, and his parents served in Argentina and in Spain while Ken was growing up.

Tiffany’s “yes” to global Ministry came at a young age, and her passion has led to her ongoing involvement with Project Rescue. Along with their involvement with Project Rescue, Ken and Tiffany and their family have been part of building new outreaches and discipleship among northern India’s unreached people groups. Ken and Tiffany love AGWM and also have a heart for the National Church. They are eager to see church planting disciples mobilized among every people group in Russia and Belarus.

has been in full-time ministry since 1989 when he began successfully pastoring a church in Koszalin, northwest of Poland. In 2008, he was appointed to the leadership of the national ministry and became the bishop of the Pentecostal movement in Poland, which has over 300 local churches. Besides his church ministry, he is active academically, holds a Ph.D. in theology, and is the author of a book on the history of Polish Pentecostalism. Marek has been involved in building the Pentecostal European Fellowship [PEF] for more than a decade now. Since 2022 until now he has held the position of the chairman of PEF. Also, he is a member of the Executive Committee of the World Assemblies of God as well as the member of the Executive Committee of the Pentecostal World Fellowship. His heart’s passion is to see the Church of Jesus Christ full of the Holy Spirit. His wife, Ewa, is an academic teacher at the University of Warsaw and has always been deeply involved in church ministry. They have two sons: Beniamin and Noe.

Stephen was born and raised in a
missionary family in Nairobi, Kenya. When in the USA on missionary furloughs, Stephen lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he went on to receive his Undergraduate Degree at Oral Roberts University. He obtained both his MA and MDIV and is currently working on his doctorate through Global University. Stephen has traveled to over 30 nations and has lived as a missionary in 4 countries while ministering and teaching in several more. He has authored eight books and in good Kenyan fashion, he loves to run.
Bailey is a native-born Tulsan. She
gave her life to Jesus at 16 years old and felt a call to missions shortly after which has taken her to 21 countries for ministry. She fell in love with Kenya as a little girl and married her Kenyan-born husband in 2012. Her heart is to help the needy and the forgotten. This is the motivation behind Kibibi Design, her artisan company that focuses on empowering women in East Africa by creating sustainable fashion.

Ability Tree is a non-profit organization that is devoted to serving individuals with disabilities and their families. We will have two opportunities this summer to join them for their annual Ability Tree Summer Camp. Team members from CTI will serve as camp counselors and jr. counselors, giving campers the opportunity to connect with God, with others, and make lasting friendships! Project Rescue is a ministry focused on rescuing victims of human trafficking. CTI is partnering with Project Rescue in 2024 to build a safe house in Melilla, Spain. This small, ancient Spanish city is located on the continent of Africa, bordering Morocco, and considered a hot spot for trafficking. The new Project Rescue Safe House will allow exploited women and children to escape the horrors they are trapped in, find hope, healing, and restoration through the love and power of God.
700 CITIES
More than 700 cities in Poland have no Evangelical or Pentecostal church. Out of 40 million people in Poland, there are only 20,000 born again believers. The call and passion of missionaries, Earl and Tammie Shorrock, is to change this reality by empowering Church Planting. The immediate challenge is to complete the construction of the Kanaan Church building in Olesno, Poland. Once completed it will be used for the training of pastors to be released into the 700 unreached cities. CTI is partnering to fund this project as well as send construction teams. 24 PROJECTS The mission of Fire Bible is to print the Bible in the top 100 languages of the world. Nothing is more powerful than being able to read God’s Word in your own language! Right now, the people of Slovenia do not have a Bible in their own language. This year, we are partnering with Fire Bible to fund the translation of Scripture into Slovenian! This is especially important as we also partner with the mission of 700 cities to build churches and train pastors to go to the unreached cities in this region. Together, these efforts will train pastors and give them the tools they need to spread the Good News in Slovenia.

Royal Family KIDS Camp Royal Family KIDS Camp is a 5-day sleepaway camp that ministers to children who come from a background of abuse and neglect. The mission of RFKC is to create positive, life-changing moments for each child, foster resiliency, self-esteem and hope. Each child is celebrated by team members who create as much fun and positive memories as possible!
CTI has partnered with Royal Family Kids since 2001. We have seen hundreds of children enter camp burdened by their experience in the foster care system. But by the time they leave, their lives are transformed by the love of God! And truthfully, it changes us, too.
The RFKC program and activities are designed with the Trust-Based Relationship Intervention approach. This intentionally provides truly lifegiving activities for each child during their week at RFKC.

We are always looking for team members who are willing to give of their time and their heart to interrupt the cycle of relational trauma for these children.

CTI / Hope CTI/HOPE is a compassion ministry of CTI that meets the holistic needs in our local communities. On a weekly basis, HOPE distributes hundreds of bags of groceries as well as clothing and other goods to help meet physical, tangible needs. On Sunday of each week, we deliver hot meals to inner-city Paterson. We take each of these opportunities to meet the very real spiritual needs of the community, praying for individuals who are open to it and sharing the Good News of Jesus. In 2023, CTI/HOPE distributed approximately $16,060 bags of groceries as well as 11,020 hot meals in Paterson! This superseded what we expected because God had bigger plans! We trust him to bring the increase to our reach and capacity as we continue weekly distributions of grocery bags, hot meals, our special family meals for Thanksgiving and Christmas, as well as Christmas gifts for children.
Tim & Lorraine Carlucci Tim graduated the University of Valley Forge with a major in World Missions. While attending UVF he served as the missions president. Tim and Lorraine have been married for 35 years. They have served over the years as children/ youth pastors, homeless/addiction ministries, compassion ministries, and others. Tim and Lorraine are currently the ministry leaders of CTI/Hope here at CTI. Tim has previously served as the North East Rep for the Assemblies of God World Missions Board, which interviews and appoints career missionaries as well as sets policy for Assemblies of God World Missions.

We are partnering with Wayne Township for their Easter Carnival on Saturday, March 16th, 2024! We will be hosting carnival games, inviting people to church, and spreading the joy of Jesus with families in our community.
