Calli B Photography is owned and operated by Calli Burnett, a member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography. The Calli B style of wedding photography is very natural and relaxed, capturing those spontaneous and emotional moments along with the finer details of your wedding day. Utilising natural lighting, incredible backgrounds and choosing locations carefully to reflect their client’s vision has become the style we are known for. Whether it is breathtaking location shots or intimate close up images, our contemporary style of wedding photography reflects our ability to capture unique and individual images for our clients, ensuring the wedding day remains a memory that is as vivid as the day itself. Calli and the team finds inspiration from many sources including the raw emotion of photojournalism, the glamour of fashion photography and each couple’s unique relationship - understanding that telling the story of a couple’s day is the most important task of a wedding photographer, believing moments shouldn’t be interrupted nor situations posed unless it is required to realise a particular creative vision. The Calli B Photography blogsite provides an opportunity for brides-to-be to view recent real wedding stories for inspiration and styling ideas. While specialising in wedding photography on the Sunshine Coast, Noosa and Maleny, Calli will travel to Brisbane and other destinations. FAQ’s HOW DO WE SECURE YOUR SERVICES FOR OUR DAY? To secure Calli B Photography for your special day, we request a non-refundable fee of $500, which is deducted from your chosen package (this is not an additional fee). Prices include GST and are firm upon confirmation of the booking. You may change your chosen collection at any time. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days and prices are subject to change without notice. WHAT DOES OUR PACKAGE INCLUDE? Your package includes a photographer to cover your wedding day for the number of hours included in the chosen collection. An unlimited number of images are captured on the day at an unlimited number of locations (time permitting). The digital images included in the chosen collection are high resolution, not watermarked and are printable. HOW MUCH EDITING IN PHOTOSHOP IS INCLUDED? All images are edited for colour, contrast, white balance, exposure etc. although only images appearing in the album or chosen for print enlargements have additional retouching. This however is minimal and may include removal of blemishes on close up images etc. although it is at the discretion of the photographer. Requests for additional photoshop retouching may incur a fee. The images on the blog are an example of the finished product you will receive. WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK? There is really no set time frame, some people book one month in advance, some book two years. We recommend booking all of your suppliers as soon as you’ve made a decision, to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately we are unable to hold dates or make tentative bookings. IS THERE ARE TRAVEL CHARGE? There is no travel charge for the Sunshine Coast (Caloundra to Noosa & Maleny) however travel charges apply to areas outside the Sunshine Coast. Please enquire about travel charges. WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION TIME FRAME? Your high res usb will normally be ready within three weeks of your wedding day. Albums are normally ready within 5-6 weeks of ordering.
timing & recommended schedule To get the most out of your wedding photography, we recommend considering the timing of your ceremony to ensure you allow enough time and light for your photos. The best time of day for photography is generally the last hour before sunset. We suggest the following timing if you are considering an afternoon wedding. Please note that this is a suggestion only and your individual circumstances and travel timing haven’t been taken into consideration. pre wedding photos {allow 1.5 to 2 hours} 4.5 hours before sunset ceremony {assuming half hour ceremony} 2.5 hours before sunset congratulations/family photos {allow half hour} 2 hours before sunset location photos {allow 1.5 hours} 1.5 hours before sunset reception from sunset We also recommend talking the timing through with your photographer if unsure, prior to sending out your invitations.
