PDD Service Providers – Calgary Region March 26, 2020 Re: Staffing Crisis at NAS NAS is asking your assistance in providing names of your employees that are willing and able to work at one of our locations in the city. In this home, there are three clients who are supported in a harm reduction environment as they have addictions to illicit substances. All three of the ladies have been tested for Covid-19. We were informed on March 24, 2020 that one of the ladies has tested positive, one has tested negative and we are waiting the results on the last individual. The ladies all have complex needs, including mental health. There will be minimally 1 staff that is familiar with the ladies to assist you in orientation and protocols NAS adheres to the Operational Standards put forth by Alberta Chief Medical Officer, Deena Hinshaw, MD RECORD OF DECISION – CMOH Order 06-2020, dated March 25, 2020. NAS Inc. has all the protective personal Equipment to ensure you are safe during your shift. Staff who work in this home during the pandemic will be paid $25/hr.
