Active Living classes are designed specifically for people who have any type of chronic condition . Trained and talented instructors are careful to offer modifications that address the needs of our participants in classes that include all of the major components of a fitness class . This program is offered in a hybrid model: in-person with a senior’s membership and virtually via Zoom ($18 per month) . Aqua Healing All you need is a bathing suit! This class is designed to help with pre- and post-operative pain, arthritis, and any other chronic condition . The focus is on balance, core, and range of motion . With increased flexibility comes increased ability to participate more in the life activities you want to do .
