About Buffalo South Many years ago, when Buffalo wings were still primarily only known throughout western New York there were no wing sauces sold in Louisiana stores. The makers of Buffalo South began to experiment, and experiment, and experiment, and finally, they had a sauce we enjoyed. Family and friends enjoyed it as well, and they began making “larger batches to satisfy their taste. They then decided it was time to start selling their sauce in stores, but first, they placed two conditions on the process. First and foremost, a portion of all proceeds will be donated to charities. While not limited to these charities, we focus on First Responders, Special Needs Children, and Disabled Veterans. Buffalo South is a family venture that started with a one quart sauce pan, and has graduated to a professionally manufactured product. They started from a humble beginnings and are thankful that their sauce will bring pleasure to so many!
