Sloane Street: home to the exquisite and the extraordinary Created by the 1st Earl Cadogan in 1777, Sloane Street has always been at the forefront of design trends and home to London’s luminaries – including Jane Austen, Oscar Wilde and Lily Langtry. From the first ‘new town’ built outside of the city of London to where ‘Pont Street Dutch’ architecture originated, to the busy 19th century shopping centre serving fashionable local residents with a variety of drapers, tailors, hosiers and milliners. Today, Sloane Street is both local and international, serving one of the most affluent neighbourhoods and attracting ultra-high net worth shoppers from all over the world, visiting time and again for the exclusive and intimate experience. Home to international flagships including Hermès, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Tom Ford, Giorgio Armani and Off-White, as well as independent British designers such as Emilia Wickstead and Anya Hindmarch’s new village destination concept.

The opportunity External seating spans the length of the extensive 16.7m frontage, creating an al fresco terrace for 26 covers. A generous 4.5m floor to ceiling height and large windows amplify the incredible sense of space, flooding the dual aspect premises with natural light and creating the perfect canvas for a restaurateur to showcase their vision. There are views to Emilia Wickstead, Brunello Cucinelli and Anya Hindmarch opposite, with Escada, Red Valentino and hedge fund Marshall Wace as immediate neighbours. To the rear, The Restaurant overlooks a lush green courtyard inspired by Milan’s 10 Corso Como, and the newly created artisan food quarter on Pavilion Road. Here a restaurateur can conceive a truly exceptional destination for international visitors and discerning Londoners alike, and establish the only stand-alone restaurant with a Sloane Street address.
